What Your Blood Type Says About You

Do you know your blood-type? I found out I am O+ with a simple finger prick test in 11th grade. Recently, a friend of mine brought up the Blood Type Diet by Dr. D’Adamo that allegedly can tell you a lot about your health. For example, how your body reacts to food,  your susceptibility to disease, your natural reaction to stress, and more!

I am not claiming to be an expert on this subject, but I found this topic very interesting and did a lot of research for each blood type if you are stimulated to compare your own. I got my information from www.dadamo.com if you would like further information about your blood type.

Of course, these statistics will only affect the majority, so not everyone will experience these blood type traits.

I am curious whether you think this is total bologna, or if you can see some truth in certain traits. I, for example, relate to 90% of the qualities from blood type O. If I had to choose one I thought fit me the most, I would have chosen O!
