Holiday Cookie Martinis

Holiday Cookie Martinis

The holidays are here and who doesn’t love a nice festive drink? Some of my favourites are hot chocolate, eggnog, mulled wine and hot apple cider! That being said, the other night I was craving something even more sweet and decadent. I decided to make some Holiday Cookie Martinis! Below, you will find the recipes for the Gingerbread Martini and the Sugar Cookie Martini. Both are amazing for that after dinner sweet treat!

Gingerbread Martini

  • Gingerbread Liqueur (1 oz)
  • Vodka  (0.5 oz)
  • Kahlua (0.5 oz)
  • Baileys (0.5 oz)
  • Splash of cream

Roll the edge of the glass in Molasses or Honey. Dip the rim into cinnamon sugar, or crushed gingerbread! Shake the ingredients over ice and strain into the rimmed Martini glass. Feel free to add whipped cream and cinnamon on top if desired!

Non-Alcoholic Version:

  • 1.5 oz Gingerbread Latte Syrup
  • 1.5 oz Cream or Eggnogg
  • Shot of Espresso (Optional)

Rim the glass as described above. Shake the ingredients on ice and strain into the glass. It wouldn’t be a holiday cookie martini without serving with a gingerbread cookie, of course!
