One of my favourite gifts that I received for Christmas a few weeks ago, was a tin full of cosmetics from the 2017 Canadian Fragrance & Beauty Awards. In this tin, I received 10 sample-sized products that were declared winners by Cosmetics magazine‘s Canadian Beauty Awards.

The Canadian Fragrance & Beauty Awards tin has left me with a whole lot of products to research and try! I thought I would share with you each product I received.
PS: I might have even put a few products aside to include in a sneaky little give away that may be coming up soon!
Canadian Fragrance & Beauty Awards:
Vasanti Brightenup! Enzymatic Face Rejuvenator Exfoliating Cleanser
This enzyme-based cleaner will help to brighten your complexion with aloe and papaya. It mimics microdermabrasion and claims to leave your skin soft and supple. I have yet to try this one but it sounds great!
Clarins One-Step Exfoliating Cleanser
Most exfoliators are not meant for every day use, but this one by Clarins is gentle enough to use every morning. It not only exfoliates but also cleanses to save you time.
Clarins Super Restorative Total Eye Concentrate
This product is meant to rejuvenate your eye area and hydrate the skin. This is one of the products I have tried, and to be honest I didn’t notice any difference. It might be a product that only works after long-term use.
Vichy Pureté Thermale 3-in-1 One Step Cleanser
Vichy is actually my favourite skincare brand! I have tried so many different kinds for problem skin and this brand is definitely my favourite. This meant that when I received a full-size of this purifying milk, toner, eye make-up remover 3-in-1, I was thrilled!
La Roche Posay Anthelios Ultra-Fluid Lotion SPF 60
This would be great to use as a make-up base because it protects from the sun and boasts a fast absorbing, matte finish!
Warsh Cloth from Maxine Warsh
I have never felt a softer facecloth in my life! That being said, it claims to clean your skin and remove make-up by only adding water, but I didn’t find that worked for me at all. I could see this being a great addition for a child’s skincare as it is ultra soft and can remove the day’s residue without the use of harsh products. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend.
Sexual Sugar Eau de Parfum from Michel Germain
This travel-sized perfume smells of sugar and mixed berries. I love the scent and the silver & purple packaging is very cute too!
Elizabeth Arden Superstart Skin Renewal Booster
This product claims to prep your face for your moisturizer and serum. It is supposed to restore and restart your skin. Personally, I wouldn’t re-purchase this product simply because I don’t find it essential for my skincare regime.
Elizabeth Arden Prevage Anti-Aging Daily Serum
I am really happy that the Canadian Fragrance & Beauty Awards tin included a second Elizabeth Arden product, because this one was a hit for me! It is hydrating and reduces the appearance of fine lines and aging spots. Even though I am only 24, it is never too soon to reduce the signs of aging.
Nature Shea Butter Soap From Nature by Canus
This goats milk soap is gentle, natural and nourishing. It’s always nice when a soap doesn’t have 101 ingredients that I can’t read. This soap only has 5 ingredients, each with an explanation as to why they included them in the product. In addition, I love the smell of shea butter!
Have you tried any of these products? Which one would you like to try the most? Let me know in the comments below!
Stay tuned because there might be a give-away full of beauty products coming your way, and some of these from the Canadian Fragrance & Beauty Awards might just be included!
